Delivery policy:
Dispatch time
- We aim to dispatch every order within 24-48 hours once the order has been confirmed through Whatsapp or email.
- Special orders, such as preorder now may take additional time which will be communicated during the process of ordering.
- After the order has been dispatched Normally it may take 5-7 working days to delivered to your location according to your country.
- However there may be any situation where delivery takes more than 5-7 days due to any technical issues, such as; Flight Schedule, Bad weather, etc or in Far Areas.
Delivery Information & Shipment Charges
- We process Cash On Delivery orders via multiple courier services.
- Delivery is Free (Order amount more than AED 200 or equivalent) across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman.
- Delivery is Free (Order amount more than QAR 200) across Qatar but QAR 20 custom charges will apply on every order.
